CuNi 90/10 & CuNi 70/30 flanges manufactured to ASTM B151, ASME B16.5, B16.47, ANSI, MSS SP-44, DIN, EN 1092-1, BS 4504, API 6A/6D & NORSOK MDS standards.
The CuNi Weld Neck Flange features a long tapered hub that provides excellent stress distribution from the flange to the pipe. Ideal for high-pressure, high-temperature, and severe cyclic service conditions in offshore oil & gas and marine pipelines. Available in Class 150 to Class 2500, NPS ½" to 60".
The CuNi Slip-On Flange slips over the pipe and is welded both inside and outside to provide strength and prevent leakage. More economical than weld neck flanges and widely used in marine cooling water systems, seawater piping, and low-to-medium pressure applications. Available Class 150 to 600.
CuNi Blind Flanges are solid discs used to blank off the end of a piping system or pressure vessel opening. Essential for pressure testing, future expansion connections, and pipeline isolation in offshore platforms, marine vessels, and process plants. Class 150 to 2500, NPS ½" to 60".
CuNi Socket Weld Flanges are designed for small bore, high-pressure pipework up to NPS 2". The pipe inserts into the socket and is seal-welded externally. Commonly used in marine instrumentation lines, chemical service, and hydraulic systems where leak-tight connections are critical.
CuNi Threaded Flanges (also called Screwed Flanges) are connected to pipes by screwing (without welding), making them suitable for hazardous or flammable environments where welding is prohibited. Widely used in fire protection, gas service, and low-pressure marine utility lines.
CuNi Lap Joint Flanges are used with stub end fittings — the flange slides over the pipe and backs up against the stub end. The flange can rotate freely for easy bolt hole alignment. Ideal for systems requiring frequent dismantling for inspection or maintenance in marine and desalination plants.
CuNi Orifice Flanges are used with orifice plates for flow measurement in marine and offshore pipelines. They have tapped holes for differential pressure measurement connections. Supplied in pairs with jack screws, stud bolts, and nuts per ASME/ANSI B16.36 for accurate flow metering.
CuNi Spectacle Blinds (Figure-8 Blinds) combine a blind disc and a spacer ring in a single figure-8 unit. Rotating from spacer to blind provides positive isolation of a pipe section without removing any flanges. Critical safety device in refinery, gas processing, and offshore topside systems.
CuNi RTJ Flanges use a metal ring gasket seated in a precision-machined groove to create a metal-to-metal seal. Designed for extreme high-pressure, high-temperature service in subsea wellhead systems, pipeline pig launchers/receivers, and upstream oil & gas applications where gasket reliability is critical.
