Infrastructure

Manufacturing Capability & Infrastructure

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Umbergaon, Gujarat is equipped with advanced forging presses, CNC machining centers, and a fully equipped quality control laboratory. We operate under strict process controls to ensure dimensional accuracy, metallurgical consistency, and surface finish quality in every CuNi flange we produce.

Forging & Forming

Multi-ton hydraulic presses for hot forging of CuNi 90/10 and CuNi 70/30 billets into precise flange preforms with controlled grain structure.

CNC Machining

High-precision CNC lathes and machining centers for bore, OD, and facing operations — maintaining ASME B16.5 and B16.47 dimensional tolerances.

In-House Lab

Chemical composition analysis (OES Spectrometer), mechanical testing (UTM), hardness testing (Brinell, Rockwell), and dimensional inspection with CMM.

NDT Facilities

Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Radiography (RT) available in-house and via accredited agencies.
